SPU’s Semester in Limerick Partner Program is housed at the University of Limerick, which offers state-of-the art facilities, a full curriculum, great housing, and classes with Irish students so you can immerse yourself in the local culture.

Academic Info

University of Limerick operates on a semester calendar. You will have access to the full curriculum offered and can take courses from across the 6 colleges: Business, Education, Humanities, Engineering, Informatics, and Electronics and Science. Courses include aeronautical engineering, architecture, biology, business, chemistry, cultural studies, economics, education, engineering, equine science, geography, history, informatics and electronics, insurance, Irish studies, journalism, literature, management, mathematics, music, nursing, physics, physiotherapy, political science, public administration, science, sociology, sport science, Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) and traditional Irish music.

Check out Classes & Courses Information (courses do not generally change from year to year and students can base course selections on the previous year's courses as long as they correspond to the correct semester, Spring or Fall).
